Kitchen Notes – Three Attempts in Gangneung brings together sourdough bread, Nürnberger bratwurst and Hong Kong style egg tarts through learning, making and sharing food. Learning directly from two local bakers and a sausage maker formed part of the project. Self-issued certificates, signed by the craftspeople, record those learning relationships.
